Vista Hill SmartCare is pleased to partner with San Ysidro Health, Julian Medical Center to help individuals manage their physical, emotional and behavioral concerns. Behavioral Health Care Managers and Educators work in collaboration with your health center providers to offer additional support. SmartCare ensures comprehensive quality care by working hand-in-hand with your clinic to provide behavioral health screening, evaluation, education and short-term counseling.

Services are available in both English and Spanish. Telemedicine capabilities are available/utilized.

SmartCare Integrated Behavioral Health is funded by the Mental Health Services Act.
